All images, website code, intellectual property, descriptions, prices and other material on this website are the property of My Little Peanut. It may only be copied with the express permission of My Little Peanut.

E-Commerce & Privacy
www.mylittlepeanut.co.za sells goods online. Any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds My Little Peanut harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.

My Little Peanut undertakes to take all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. My Little Peanut cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device, which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returns / Refund Policy
If on receiving your order the item is not what you ordered, please let our customer service team know within 14 days and we will gladly collect it at our expense and provide you with a refund provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging.

Payment Options
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by EFT bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, and no credit card details are stored on the website.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

My Little Peanut takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates

Shipping & Handling
Postage will be by a courier company chosen by My Little Peanut. The item will need to be signed for and will only be delivered Monday to Friday during office hours. An additional delivery fee can be charged by My Little Peanut. Should the following occur:
1. The item was not signed for because the customer was not present at the listed
delivery address.
2. The item could not be delivered because the address provided by the customer
was incorrect or incomplete.
3. If you receive an item that you ordered but do not want to keep, you may contact us to return it within 14 days, where courier fees will be at your expense.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are disclosed on check out based on the delivery address.

Product Sales
All products displayed on this site are subject to availability. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in South African Rands including VAT but excluding packaging and delivery. My Little Peanut reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change prices or specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations.

My Little Peanut requires a deposit or full payment on items on Pre-Order. We cannot guarantee dates of delivery as we are reliant on international suppliers & cannot predict delays in shipping & availability from the factories.

22.5. Any claim or dispute between You and The Company that arises in whole or in part from the Site shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction, more specifically the South Gauteng High Court, of South Africa.

23. These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy at https://www.mylittlepeanut.co.za and any other legal notices published by The Company, shall constitute the entire Agreement between You and the Company concerning the Site.

24. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect.

25. No waiver of any term of this these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the Company’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
